  1. Receive résumé and completed questionnaire
  2. Follow-up phone discussion
  3. Search for potential suitable opportunities
  4. Discuss opportunities with you in detail
  5. Upon your permission, submit your information for consideration
  6. Set up initial phone interviews with decision makers and you
  7. Follow up and discuss your feedback and theirs
  8. Assist in setting up onsite interviews and provide personality/leadership testing
  9. Serve as moderator for both parties in compensation negotiations until finalized
