Our Process
- Receive your completed questionnaire
- Follow-up phone discussion, need assessment, ideals, and candidate parameters
- Agreement signed and Engagement Fee paid to begin search
- Search through potential candidates and recruit others, culminating in the best possible matches industry-wide
- These candidates' resumes and reference summaries will be submitted, following candidate's approval
- We will discuss each of these with you in detail and set up initial phone interviews
- Follow up and discuss your feedback and theirs
- Provide personality/leadership testing results for the finalists and assist in setting up onsite interviews
- Serve as moderator for both parties in compensation negotiations until finalized
