What is ESP?
Executive Search and Placement (ESP) is a search and placement service focused on both the planned community/resort real estate industry and the hospitality industry. We at ESP are committed to matching skilled individuals with the proper management positions, creating a win/win situation for employers and managers alike. We use the utmost discretion when conducting a search, and treat our candidates with complete confidentiality.
Why was ESP created?
Over 20 years ago, Terry Weaver created Marketing and Sales Institute (MSI) to fill an obvious void in the sales training and marketing consultation of planned amenity communities. MSI grew into a leading expert in this niche of the real estate and resort industry and developed numerous relationships over the years, as well as regularly received requests for assistance in locating management and executive level personnel. In response to this ever-growing need, a new company, Executive Search and Placement, headed by Jason Weaver, was formed to better serve you.
After ESP's inception, it also segued into the high-end, luxury hospitality sector, a natural progression, as it is a sister-industry which shares many commonalities. We work with flagged and independent hotels, big box and boutique alike, with a strict focus on luxury properties. As not to limit our service, we also extend our reach into F&B.
Our Commitment
ESP shares a common interest with MSI, thus we will never jeopardize the many friendships and vast business relationships that have been built over these 20 years. It is our commitment to maintain the same standard of integrity that has formed this strong reputation. Therefore:
- ESP will use extreme confidentiality and discretion when dealing with candidates and searches, as we know leaving one's current employ and replacing an existing manager are often under-the-radar.
- ESP will not proactively solicit or recruit current MSI clients’ personnel (companies who have conducted business with MSI over the previous 12 months).
- ESP will remove the guess work and hassle from hiring the right person, increasing production and saving you time and money.
